Mango Blueberry Sorbet

Who needs store bought sorbet when you can whip some up yourself with your favorite fruits in the house in a quick jiff? You'll doge all the additives and excess sugars and create your own Summer treat! sorbet

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yields: 6 servings

1 bag frozen mango
1 bag frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup apple juice

Put all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until creamy, about one minute. You may have to scrape down the sides of the machine a few times if using a regular blender.
Serve immediately or place the rest in a Tupperware in the freezer to enjoy later.
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, or some crushed nuts on top for texture!

*You can use any frozen fruit you like or freeze fresh fruit such as bananas and strawberries. Have fun with your recipes!
